Our Team
Sandra Vieira
Co-Founder & Chair of the Board
Sandra spent 20 years as an entrepreneur before shifting her focus to the social sector, earning her Social Service Worker diploma during the COVID-19 shutdown. Motivated by the lack of advocacy in existing support systems, she co-founded Advocate Connections to address the unmet needs of homeless and marginalized individuals. As Chair of the Board, Sandra leads with compassion and strategy—overseeing governance, guiding outreach efforts, and ensuring the organization remains rooted in community connection. Her hands-on, person-centred approach continues to drive meaningful, lasting impact. Sandra's purpose is to keep changing lives, one day at a time—empowering individuals and the community she serves.
